Of course Korey and Ivana's taxi takes them to the wrong sign.
Maybe being in Regina will revive them, but Karen looked like she was emotionally done tonight.

I hated how they ended the race today, which makes me glad it was a NEL. If you have a city that has two identical signs and you need to rely on your taxi driver to somehow pinpoint it down.
Its like they are trying to reinvent the race but its almost worse off. At least next weeks double u-turn should actually send someone packing.

I've found this year really boring for some reason. Not sure if it's the teams, the race or both but, meh.

It's the teams. They are so bland this year. No real villains and barely any eye candy... haha

Yeah thinking about it more, it is the teams. When you tell an American there is a Canadian version this is probably what they imagine heh.

Regarding the Panama signs: They had one on the Amador Causeway but they placed it where there was no parking so people were stopping on the road, running across to get their picture taken. Times twenty.
They moved it to the location Jon was (Cinta Costera) right around the time the racers were in Panama City. That plus the fact Panama taxi drivers aren't the smartest species on Earth and confusion is possible. Luckily there were no self driving components on this leg. This may be one of the worst places to drive. There are very little marked streets or road signs. And drivers are very aggressive.

If the correct sign had just been put in that location recently, I'm surprised more teams weren't taken to the wrong one.

The obvious factor was the brick walkway. The Amador Causeway sign was on grass. The other sign they went to was concrete. It would have been an easy distinction if a little thought was given.

The teams. There's a couple of interesting ones, but there's no one to really dislike here. They're boring.

The problem is, the teams have no knowledge of that. It is entirely up to the taxi driver noticing, which isn't really fair.

Yeah, I like clues that are puzzles, but this one wasn't so much a puzzle for the teams to figure out as it was a case of did they get a taxi driver who knew about the two signs and realized he should be looking at the background.

Aww, too bad. I liked Adam and Andrea. They certainly could have won it all. Smart U-Turn by Korey and Ivana.
Final four and both my teams are still alive. I don't know if I've ever had one of these pools go like that before.

Props to Karen and Bert for really grinding out the 3rd place finish. Hard to tell who'll separate from the pack and come out as a clear cut winner. All the teams are fairly close and it'll just take one slipup to throw them out of order.

When they did the weighing of Canola I noticed a clock on the scale when the last team had finished. So I skipped back thinking finally! We get to see how close the teams really are. Turns out they just used the same video clip for all the teams, with the clock at 12:52. Foiled!

I think its Sam's and Pauls to lose.
Korey and Ivana, and the giv'er team are both strong but they always run into dumb challenges they struggle on or get lost. Sam and Paul always seem to cruise.

Giv'er is totally screwed on the last challenge where they will have to think.

Yeah, I would put Sam and Paul as the favourite, Korey and Ivana and the giver guys middle of the pack and Karen and Bert as the long shot. But since Korey and Ivana are my pool choice, I will take them as the team to only win a leg when it actually matters!

Well that final challenge would have been terrifying. Sam and Paul gotta give them credit, they dominated this season and seem to be the favorites to win the race. Cant believe how low Sam & Paul went in this pool, Im kicking myself for passing on them!
Another summer come and gone for the amazing race next week!

They seem to have all the luck to. They got the cooperative Llamas. Find the queen bee on one of the first boards etc...
That was a fun leg. Unfortunately I'm on vacation and will be missing the finale for a few weeks, unless ctv.ca works in Europe.
