Interview from March before the season aired with Jeff going through the contestants, I always enjoy getting his opinion on things.

So I just watched Hali's Ponderosa video. I want to be nice, I really do. But every time I see her I can't help but think "She's a lawyer?" and "Does she have 2 brain cells to rub together?"
It does seem, though, that she was really the only person on this season who's "filler".
That vote was probably more predictable than the edit made it look. I was a little surprised to see Sara and Micheala both vote for him after the way they were talking, which makes me think this was all settled long before tribal. Tai had, like, 5 seconds of screen time that episode, he was not going home.
Why was Micheala crying so much when she voted him out?
From her Twitter:
Michaela Bradshaw @TheMichaelaB
Imagine you're frustrated, lonely, misunderstood, & only have 2 friends in life. Then you stab 1 in the back. That's why I cried. #Survivor
When I think about it, that's the first time I think that she's actually had to back stab in the game. She's an emotional person so of course it's gonna be a big deal for her.
I think Andrea is playing a good game but the target on her back is huge, I think she's gonna go in the next couple of votes. Getting Zeke out was the right move since he was already planning a final five with Troy and Brad, but I wouldn't be surprised if Sarah flipped again next episode.
Still think this is Tai's game to lose, even if he is in the minority. Going deep in the game with two idols are going to be huge I think.

I still think Tai goes home with 2 idols in his pocket or by saving someone else then he goes home.
Sad to see Zeke go home, he is definitely one of my favourites in recent seasons. A very smart player, but maybe to smart for his own good. I honestly don't have any idea who will win this season, there are so many good cases to be made right now.

Its funny because everyone is so intent on being a game changer that subtly has gone out of the window.
This isn't a game of long term strategy this year, its a game and slamming in a move to pad your resume.
Frankly the guy that I would be really weary of is Troiyzan who's just sitting back and riding this wave and he's going to complete gut someone towards the end of the game.

It seems to me that Sarah is getting the "Winner's Edit".
I agree. If I had to rank the likely winner based on the editing so far:
Sarah
Tai
Cirie/Michaela/Brad
Andrea
Sierra
Troyzan
Aubry (Like her a lot, but she's been completely invisible )
Other than finding idols and being fairly good at challenges, Tai hasn't wowed me strategically or socially. Sarah on the other hand has felt like the main character of the show the last few weeks. Also have a sneaking feeling that Michaela could maybe win, might be a growth narrative there with how she's gone from being really bratty at the beginning to controlling herself a little bit better under Cirie's guidance.
I've got Andrea and sierra as the probable's in the final three and Sarah as a new Black widow society.
I tend to think that Brad is too big of a threat now, Tai's a dupe so he'll just go along but nobody wants him in front of the jury, nor Sierra after the whole overcoming the challenge thing.
I like Aubrey but she's been really passive in this game.

Unfortunately I didn't get to see this weeks episode...storm caused a signal loss and I'm too lazy to watch it on a website.
I'm not sure it's a game of slamming in a move but rather a game of properly timing that big move. Zeke didn't have the timing and I don't think Andrea does either.
That also jives with your Troiyzan comment...sitting back waiting for the right time to strike.
Tai is the interesting one in that with his idols he has a chance to make what may look to be too early of a move but have that protection in his back pocket. But i don't think he has shown the capability to really think strategy through. My guess, like others, is he either goes home with idols in his pocket because he trusted someone too much or he emotionally saves someone else and goes out.
Sierra's departure takes 3 CP'ers with her:
Pool A: KootenayFlamesFan
Pool B: ernie and Bootsy
I found Sarah's maneuvering to get herself the Legacy Advantage to be pretty interesting. Too bad she mentioned that it was a "legacy" advantage, though. Would have been smarter to just say it was an advantage.
