I've used Keith personally, and have referred his services to my clients.
Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable & very thorough.
Highly recommend.

So I am having issues with my furnace. I moved into a "new to me" house that was built in 2009. It has a Lennox H/E furnace with multi-zoning for the two floors and the basement.
When the furnace is on, there is cold air blowing into the basement even if the thermostat (White & Rodgers) in the basement is turned to off. The multi-zoning system is showing that the damper is open when it should be closed. Anyone have thoughts what the first troubleshooting step I should take? I figure it could be that the thermostat needs replacing but I am not sure.

Hello
Its likely a control issue.
If it is a Lennox then I will have to refer you to Service Experts ...sorry dont know the number so youll have to look.
They'll likely charge you a $99.00 diagnostic fee which is pretty standard.
Zone systems when acting like that can be reset if you pull off the panel cover.
Hope this helps.
Keith

Had the pleasure of having Keith in my home today to clean my furnace and ducts. He is extremely knowledgable and professional and truly went the extra mile.
I will be referring him to everyone I know that requires this service.

Keith was here at our home yesterday.
Can only repeat what others have said...he did a great job, was very helpful and knew everything about the job.
Will be a repeat customer.
Will actively recommend Keith to friends and family.

Keith dropped by my house today. Although I wasn't home my wife said he was very friendly. Sorry for her ducts being dirty but glad you were able to satisfy her and clean them with your equipment.
And that sexual innuendo was on purpose if you're wondering.
We'll call you again! Cheers.

Have noticed a rumbling sound every time the furnace starts. Should I be worried?

It is a Carrier furnace. The rumbling is only at startup and goes away

Had Keith clean our furnace a few weeks ago. This was the second time he's cleaned it and can't say enough good things. Knows his stuff, explains things clearly, and like the first time, showed up on time.

We had Keith out to clean and check on our furnace last week. He was awesome! As it happened, we had a problem that was more challenging than Keith had anticipated. He not only fixed the issue (not generally under his service umbrella), but he followed up for the next few days to make sure all was good. We were impressed beyond belief and will be calling him annually (if he'll come back!).
His rates are more than reasonable and we did not hesitate to pay a bit more than the amount on the invoice...we still felt what we gave wasn't enough for the positive experience he delivered. Thank you, Keith.

You've done a furnace service for me before and a duct cleaning. Wondering what you'd charge for just a furnace service x2 (can't remember the price) second one is for a rental property.
Thanks
