Ya I always come in and read up on how you guys run the league and look for ways to see if I can help improve the league I am in.
If you want to go over to enemy territory you can get a little bit of an idea on how things work.

Right now the league is going through a major change as the league got stale after about 5 seasons. We would sim about 3 days each day. So eventually we were a few years ahead and we were drafting this years draft class a long time ago.
It does make it fun cuz you really gotta scout talent. I actually drafted Sam Bennett in the 2nd round and I did eventually trade him before I knew he was a top 5 talent. We would also use Eastside Hockey manager and create players off there.
We have actually decided now though to do what you guys do and mirror the NHL schedule. The guy who runs it is just in the process of rating all the players and we are going to make it a fantasy draft.
The website we used is down right now, but it was great. It had standings, players stats, waiver options, you could set your lines through it. GM activity chart. All trades were done through PM and then sent to a trade tracker who would then post them.
The thing I like about your league is the activity. Like all the players of the week and stuff. I tried to get that going, but it didn't really work. I can't remember the name, but the guy who does all the players of the week sent me over that file he had and I would do it that way.
