I'm actually pulling for the wild because I wouldn't mind if they went deep in the playoffs because I might be able to catch a game. Someone just needs to hit Jones.

I want Backstrom to do well but the ideal score for me is 8-7 wild with the Flames core players racking up the points. Hard to not root for Backstrom though. It sucks to not be emotionally invested in the team but nice to know a win or loss can be enjoyable
Wins are wins which are awesome
Loss is more Matthews/Fins points which is also okay

I know some people will likely flip out at me saying this, but I REALLY really really want the Flames to get Backstrom a win against his old team. I still feel they didn't handle his demotion with an ounce of respect. He was a helluva #1 goalie for them for over a decade, and then...nothing. Even if you lose confidence in the guy, you don't sit him 3rd string for more than a calendar year. Hell, WE'RE still giving starts to Jonas Hiller, and we don't owe him anything at this point.
Go Backstrom! Go Flames!

Cheering for the Flames, will be satisfied with the better pick. It is a guaranteed win tonight regardless of the score. Will not cheer for them to lose though. I just can't.
It all changes if the game gets chippy though. I really hate to lose when I start hating the team the Flames are playing. Play your boring style Wild, without the chippiness, and I won't hate losing.
I am really looking forward to whatever the Wild are more than likely going to do for Backstrom tonight. I would assume they would anyways. Always nice to see teams showing some class and honoring players publicly. Backstrom was their Kipper for a very long stretch.

Flames should be very motivated to win tonight. Backstrom has established himself quickly as a hard-working, well-liked guy. Also earned a win last start. I'm guessing he'll feel settled in from the get go.
