I spam roc strikes as my raid drops are always awful. More often than not, I get all energy. Not even shards. Energy. And then no guns drop.
RNGesus hates me.

Only time I run roc strikes now is to get more plasteel plating and hardronic essence through green and blue drops.
My hunter is my main, so I have 500+ saphire wire, but I'm constantly out of upgrade mats for my titan and warlock.

I've logged in about 400 hours into this game. From what I read on Reddit, not a small amount, but nothing I consider super exorbitant either. But I have a surprisingly large arsenal.
And yeah I'm always short on Sapphire Wire and Hadronic Essence. But I only need it for incremental gear upgrades. All my chars can ding level 32 whenever needed anyway.
I think I should be able to hit 32 with my titan, if I run HM crota tomorrow morning on my hunter! 6 shards short right now.
Still need the helm for my titan for a full raid set on him though
Then only my warlock needs to hit 32, which should be easy with 2 32s running the raid twice from here on out.

Helm dropped for all 3 characters this week miraculously, even if the perks on a couple are less than ideal. More or less done content for the week. Back into the shadows I go. Also, every weekly update by Bungie seems to talk about what they'll potentially talk about. Hype for one week? Sure. Don't push it anymore than that though.
Another round of Iron Banner next Tuesday. Woo....
Oh God. Xur is selling Red Death this weekend. And next week is Iron Banner. IB will be..interesting this time around lol. Lots of red skulls and crossbones running around methinks!
Was upset I didn't have enough marks last week for Icebreaker. I guess Red Death as a consolation prize will have to do.......

Of course the week that Xur sells Red Death, I pick up two from drops lol. Didn't even need to buy one. Got one from Ir Yut earlier in the week, and another one from the Gorgon chest last night. I swear they up the drop rates of whatever gun Xur is selling that week. Happened for me for Obsidian Mind and No Land Beyond too.
