Gotta give them credit for a good 3rd period, almost pulled it off.

Great goal for Jooris' first, and what a pass from Gio.

The one player I am continually impressed with is Brodie, his development curve the past few years has been fantastic. He looks like a seasoned vet out there, can hardly wait to see how good he is 5 years from now.

That Hudler move coming back into the zone with speed was absolutely insane.

I was sure we would tie it.

With an assist tonight, TJ Brodie now has a career high five game point streak going. #Flames

Brodie, Gio, Byron, both Goalies, mostly Colborne and now Jorris are the things to be extremely excited about this season.

Wideman, Smid, McGratton, Jones, (sometimes) Glencross. Things to not be excited about.

Things on the fence about, Monahan, Backland, Hudler and Johnny. Like the fact every one of them is on the team, but have a feeling we can expect a lot more from each. Ok Hudler probably doesn't belong on that list, he's been pretty solid except the sick part.

I ain't even mad. I was pissed after the first two periods, but that last period calmed me down. This team just doesn't quit and they nearly got rewarded for it at the end. I just wish they had some of their 3rd period jump in the first 40 as well. But hey, you've got to hand it to Columbus too, they are a pretty good team. Kekalainen has done a really good job so far IMO.

Congrats to Josh Jooris, really happy for him. That goal was beautiful!

Jooris needs to stay with the NHL club.

Settle down, the kid is not Crosby..he's a 4th rounder who's exceeded expectations so far let them ease him in.

I am a little disappointed with the start but they had a good push at the end but I am not gonna stress about it.

Jooris looked good and if they play him over Setoguchi I'm completely fine with it. He has shown more in this game and preseason than The Gooch has.

Gio and Brodie make me happy to be a Flames fan. Those guys, especially Gio tonight, just wow.

I want to see a Gaudreau - Monahan - Jooris line against the Peg.

He is quite obviously easing Johnny into the line-up and he is doing it the right way. Someone also said Gaudreau is already a quarter through a reg season in NCAA in terms of games played since pre-season, that is a dramatic incline in games played and Hartley and crew are managing JG fine IMO.

I think we see him play later into the game against the Jets and I think Johnny gets on the scoresheet too.

They've been great this season but I'm not sure they deserve superlatives tonight. They had as much to do with the poor start as anyone else on the team and were on the ice for the first two goals against. I'm not saying they were awful or throwing them under the bus - I just think there was more bad to go with the good tonight compared to the other games so far this season.

That Raymond goal was fun to watch. I think everyone on the line touched the puck. Really nice passing.

Great job by Diaz as well to hold the blue line.

And that breakout pass by Giordano to Jooris for his breakaway goal was pretty sweet.

I love the guts this team is showing. I like what Hartley is doing with them. A lot of coaches would looks at our roster and assume this isn't a team that can score that way.

While they were bad on the opening goal (Gio almost deflected that pass, but a bad clear by Brodie) and had a tough couple of shifts through the first two periods, they were one of the main reasons we got back in this game and almost completed the comeback for at least a point. Even when they are bad they are good. I think these two aren't slowing down anytime soon and they already have 12 points, 3 G 9 A, and are a combined +6. I can't wait to see where they are at going into december!

Wonder if this game was to see if Jooris was a good player with out Jg or Bennet in the line up?

I Bet Jooris and JG are on the same line either next game or the one after.
