too bad, hope it's not too serious. He's been a beast so far and a surefire Norris candidate if he can keep it up.

For Drouin. But it would have to happen now for it to make sense to the Lightning.

Cammalleri for Drouin has to be the dumbest trade proposition I've ever seen posted on this board. It will remain as part of CP lore for decades to come.

Old Trade Speculation thread, page 146 to 151.
While we're talking about Drouin - he has been recalled by the Lightning today.

Lightning missed the window on that trade.
Has Connolly settled in there this season? Any danger of him being sent down, or has he finally earned a roster spot?

has earned a spot, although in a bottom six role playing 10 minutes a game ... that's the best he can hope for in Tampa right now, there are simply too many players vying for top 6/top 9 time. Question is now where they fit in Drouin and if that bumps Connolly out of the lineup again. So far, they have mainly used these lines:
Ondrej Palat - Steven Stamkos - Ryan Callahan
Valtteri Filppula - Tyler Johnson - Alex Killorn
Nikita Kucherov - Vlad Namestnikov - J.T. Brown
Brenden Morrow - Brian Boyle - Brett Connolly
possible that Connolly (or Morrow) loses a spot, Brown gets bumped down to 4th line and Drouin takes Browns spot on the Russian line (or even Killorns spot on the 2nd line).
