If only they had turned around immediately after figuring out they made the wrong turn, they likely would have been good.
His insistence to hold the course was mind blowing.
Also surprised they weren't that far behind team fun. They made it look like they were driving into the country side for hours where as team fun appeared to figure it out relatively quickly but both teams are doing the cheese challenge at the same time.
Goats make me laugh. A lot.

But if we turned around we could just take the proper exit.
We go straight!
Seriously...
We go straight!
It was one of the more bizarre things I've seen on the race.
The speed bumps are really becoming real tasks. It used to be a small 2 or 3 minute task but now they seem pretty involved and somewhat time consuming.
It changes the game into a social game instead of a race. I also think its a far too demanding penalty for simply not being in "the group".
When was the last time the best teams got U-turned?
The best teams are usually in front of the pack so they hardly get U-Turn'ed. Seth and Olive looked like a strong team this year but got U-Turn'ed and eliminated because of it.

Which is why they have them IMO.
They don't want "strong" teams to go home. Which is BS.
Why is there a punishment for an already weak team? Just seems silly to me.
Finally caught up. My goodness Brooke is so annoying. I can't believe we have to keep listening to he whine. But Scott's zingers are pretty awesome.
And Matt is a frikking tank man. He's probably one of the best all around players so far. I'm hoping they take it home but I'd be happy with any team taking it except Brooke.
Crappy time to have travel problems for Matt & Red. It's never a good idea to take a different form of transportation than everyone else. At least if you're all together and you screw up, there's a good chance someone else will screw up too.
Good leg for Scott & Whiney and LoLo. Not so good for Tara & Joey, but good enough.
Congrats to Cheese for making it to the final leg without losing anyone. No matter who wins, Cheese will have a winner.

Finally watched it. I don't think the train screwed them as much as the cab. He said it would be 20 minutes to the other University, which means they probably went up to 20 minutes the wrong was as well. Tough to recover from a 40 minute deficit when all 3 challenges are just going through the motions.
It's tough to be sure without knowing the geography of the city. I think taking the subway probably sunk them, but the cab driver didn't do them any favours.
When the first three teams arrived at the Gangnam area, it was dusk but there was still light in the sky. By the time Matt & Red got there, it was fully dark. That likely means they were at least a half hour behind the other teams at that point.
With the cab ride, it's impossible to know how far out of the way they were. If he went in the exact opposite direction and almost got to the destination, it would have been a huge mistake. If he was headed in the right general direction but with the wrong destination in mind, it may not have added too much time at all.
With the way Tara struggled at the video game challenge, Matt & Red may have been able to overcome one error, but both mistakes combined killed them.

That seemed like a very fun last leg. Unfortunately, as it played out, there was really no drama. The scoreboard challenge could have been a mess if all three teams had been there at the same time, but there was no overlap.
Strange that the calmest Brooke was for the entire race was when she was all alone in the press box at Wrigley.
It was funny how they dubbed in Phil's voice over mentioning the Cubs being World Series Champs because this was shot last summer before they had won.
Congrats to Brooke & Scott and Superflyer, ernie, Weitz, and Cheese.
