Finding out the owner of a commercial property

I recently saw that a restaurant in Calgary had closed down. There were no signs on the doors or windows about who owned it or where to forward mail and the phone number associated with the business was disconnected. I'm interested in finding out if the building will be for sale or if there are plans for it. Is there anywhere that records are available of who owns the building?

If you have the address or legal description you can get a copy of the title for $10 on the SPIN II website....

Guest login. Search. You'll have to fight it out from there. It's pretty easy though.

If you google the address quite often you'll find some sort of listing information.
