The Predators at Flyers game will be joined in progress once the Rangers-Bruins game is finished.

What happened to Forsberg? Just ended a 17 game goal drought.

Nashville haven't quite managed to get the line changes in OT quite nailed. Got away with one call but then got called on a 2nd, quite blatant as well.

^ That was the most pitiful display of 3 on 3 hockey I've seen so far on Nashville's part. Seemed like they were actively trying to lose with the bone-headed give-aways and multiple horrid line changes. Beyond brutal.

Technical shutout for Connor Hellebuyck in his first win and start. Only goal against a brutal own goal by Mark Stuart. Jets held Minny to under 20 shots too, a good way to acclimate the kid. Huge win for us, but still think playoffs are a wide long shot.

Hellebuyck gets a win on his debut. Only let in 1 on 15 shots and that was a deflection in by Stuart.
The Jets were excellent, but man were the Wild poor. 15 shots. Thats awful.

What a start for Hellebuyck. Shutouts the Wild (technically, the Jets D accidentally scored on him). Let the Helle era begin!

Oh good Christ.
If he was pulled on a delayed penalty and the Jets passed the puck into the empty net, I could see the "technically a SO" argument. If he allowed no goals over 65 minutes and then lost in a shootout, I could see the "technically a SO" argument. He was in net when a puck went past him. Not a shutout. His GAA is not zero, and his save percentage is not 1.000. Not a shutout.
Jets fans are the worst. The Jets are the worst. Winnipeg is the worst.

Speaking of shutouts, John Gibson looks to be getting one as the Ducks are beating the Blackhawks 2-0 late in the third period. That is a surprise.

The Blackhawks pull it off, two goals in 74 seconds with under two minutes left in regulation. Hossa on the power play, then Keith. Seabrook assisted on both. Here comes overtime!

Two independent fans said that he technically got a shutout when it was anything but. It implies a fundamental misunderstanding of what a shutout is or what the word technical means along with homerism. That's a bad look.
Oilers getting owned despite scoreboard. It's been an awesome period though.
