Murphy is an under-rated dude. Good player that was trapped in the desert. He should do well in Chicago.

Potentially shrewd move by the Hawks.
Trade the better player today but physical defensive d-men don't tend to age that well after 30 (they are learning this with Seabrooke).
Murphy has the potential to really grow into his prime here.
Don't mind the trade for either team really but depends on how Hjalmarsson ages.
