Oilers re-sign Kris Russell (4 yrs, $4 mil AAV)

Hearing that D Kris Russell will be re-signing with @EdmontonOilers
News UpdateBob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie
Belief is it's likely to be four-year deal with AAV in general vicinity of $4M. Once Eberle traded/money freed up, talks picked up.

One would have to think it has to be at least multi-year at $4.0 m. Russell made $3.1 m last year.

IMO a cap hit less than $3M will be good for them.
$3-4M is fine depending on term.
$4+ could be horrible unless it's 1 year only
