Bet the groom set a world record for the use of the word "Bra" when he was talking to the cops.
Don't tase me bra
I was just backing up a bra bra
The window touched my wife bra.

The only thing worse than not signing Maroon would be to sign him. The guy is a 10 goal scorer being propped up as a 30 goal scorer because of who he plays with. I want to believe that the Oilers are dumb enough to sign him to the inevitable regrettable contract he gets, but I think they know they have to walk away from him.

I don't disagree with you, but I think they'll move RNH and re-sign Maroon. I am quite certain that Chiarelli is pleased with the size he has built up front. He is looking to get rid of the old guard and make it his team.

lol. Only an Oilers fan would equate a drunken bar room brawl involving newlyweds to the atmosphere and reaction of Oilers fans when their dumpster fire of a team scores a goal.

Connor McDavid throwing some shade on the Flames ability to "gel" as a team.
Quote:
The Calgary Flames have been steadily gaining steam and seem to be poised to challenge the Oilers well in the coming years.
Travis Hamonic and Mike Smith were among the additions for general manager Brad Treliving this summer, and McDavid sees the potential for the Battle of Alberta to get even more intense.
“Yeah, I definitely can,” he told Shilton. “They made a lot of good moves and picked up some good players. But sometimes that doesn’t always work. It’s not always the best roster that wins, it’s the best team. And sometimes that maybe doesn’t gel all that well.
“But it’s hard to argue with what they did. I’m sure they’ll be a good team this year and we’ll be looking forward to playing them.”
The Oilers and Flames will go head-to-head as part of a four-game slate to open the NHL’s 2017-18 campaign on October 4.

So if I read that correctly, McDavid even admitted Calgary has the better roster.

The part about us having a better roster is clearly Connor acknowledging that Edmonton management has done a terrible job building a supporting cast and that he's going to be relied upon to drag the rest of the dead weight on that roster into the playoffs.
I'm only half kidding.

Connor McDavid is an Oiler, he wouldnt know a good team if one finished dead last and won a lottery to draft him.
