2016 Tennis Thread
Milos Raonic is off to a good start in 2016 at the MWTC. He beat Wawrinka 7-5, 7-5 to set up a meeting with Nadal in the final.
Seems like a fun exhibition tournament to get things going:

Here's to a great year for Canada's talent on the courts!

Straight sets win for Genie today. She's advanced to the quarter-finals of China's Shenzhen Open.

There was much to like about the way Bouchard played and competed.
She served at 73 per cent in the first set. In the second, that dropped to 52 per cent, but she was more effective on second serve, and she didn't face a break point.

Yeah, although Tomic will have the home crowd support behind him. Good luck Milos, the other semi-final between Fed and Dominic Thiem should be very interesting (the master vs. the young apprentice).
