For exclusives:

I really enjoyed Batman: Arkham Asylum which has been out for well over a year now...maybe even two. Batman: Arkham City releases in the future.

MLB 11: The Show which just released. Awesome baseball series.

These are the only games I've owned for PS3 as I mainly use it for DVD/blu ray and do most of my gaming on the 360 as I find it's online service is far superior...although you are paying for it where PSonline is free.

I would say go with Metal Gear Solid 4, Heavy Rain, ModNation Racers, God of War 1, 2, 3, and Uncharted series.

Uncharted 2 may have surpassed MGS4 as my favorite game of all time. It's Indiana Jones for a new generation.
