Love the new changes. Got back into the game 2 weeks ago. Not a fan of the new map either but the other changes are great. Love the impact grenades, they're a game changer for flanking as a defender. I didn't know about the Doc changes, I'll have to give him a try!

I love the changes especially the Blackbeard nerf. The one change I didn't like is they messed with thermite. He was so awesome before blowing down any wall but now only has two measly charges. Makes him an awkward player now

I tried firing it up not too long ago but the matchmaking was taking forever and I assumed it was more of the same issues and alt+F4'd.

Maybe I should try again....

Matchmaking seems a lot better lately. Can't recall the last time I've waited more than a minute

I don't know if anyone else caught the pro-league stream on the weekend but 5.0 is shaping up to be a massive patch.

- Two new Japanese operators Hibana (Atk) and Echo (Def).
- New map, Skyscraper. (patch 5.2 will also be introducing a reworked Bartlett University from the final Situation)
- New customization options. There will now be some different operator uniforms you can get.
- Caliber-based destruction. Firearms will now make different sized impact holes based on the weapon used.

Won't bother with the season pass this year but I have to give this game a lot of credit. I've found myself getting bored of games easier and easier lately and this is the one game I keep coming back too. So fun

I got the season pass for the first year but the only new operators I liked were Buck, Frost and Blackbeard. I'll wait and see how the new ones are first this time around

Really? I love Blackbeard (even after the nerf) and Valkyrie is easily my fav operator.

I wasn't a big fan of the Brazilians - Cav isn't my playstyle and i'd prefer Blackbeard if I had to pick between him and Capitao.

Neither of the Brazilians or Japanese operators interested me one bit. The two Seals are pretty good, and I liked the Canadians. So not bad I guess, but I'll just wait and see first this time instead of paying money for them. Have a lot of renown saved up anyway

Buck is probably my favourite of the non-original operators, ever since they dialed back the recoil on his C8.

Well both Spanish operators have been pretty much released - both are interesting I would say.

Looks like a free weekend on all platforms too.

New ops look good. Not sure I'll use Jackal much myself but he should be helpful in tracking down Caveira. Mira is potentially much more game changing. If her window gadget-thing is one way bullet resistant it will be very useful in protecting common breaching walls. Should aid in Bandit tricking walls as well.

wow - I didn't know Jackal allowed you to scan the footsteps and then have their location displayed on the screen for all your teammates.
