What is happening down there with the power play or lack of! When you can not score with the line you are using is it not good coaching to change it up? McGill ---change it up!!! The guys need a win to get the flow going again...hope it is soon. Will keep following and listening...

well when the guy behind the net likes to pass to the guy at the side of the net and then he passes back to the guy behind the net who then passes it to the point then who passes to the side of the net then who then passes behind the net all with no shots you can see why the power play fails.

I was wondering the same thing myself last night when by the 8th power play chanece we had not scored and Mcgill sends out the exact same line that had done nothing all night!!!!!!!!Then when a line change comes we get the same passes back out to the point but our no "d" defenceman is not afraid to shoot it!!!!SPANG over and over again right into the goalies chest!!!Jeez he drives me nuts!!!

So you'd rather not get a shot off? You'd prefer if they just kept passing it around instead of shooting and hoping for a rebound?

well i think theres gotta be a balance. and if its not working at all, then i would prefer he not shoot it. spang has shown to be a pretty bad pickup. he doesn't play much defense. and though he has good offensive instincts, he doesn't seem to have the offensive skills to do anything. (i.e. he knows when to pinch and play deep, but then can't pass or shoot that well and just turns it over and gets himself burned)

regarding the PP, i really don't like seeing seitsonen out there. i don't think he has the skills to put things in. though i guess you do start getting to the area of anyone else doing much better...

No I was not saying that I would rather them keep passing it around,what i was trying to convey was that if Spang is our bestchoice for shotmaybe passes are our best choice.His shots are like passes right to the center of the goalies chest!!I have yet to even see a goalie have to move to get his shots.I think it does say something when this guy sticks out on what is a TERRIBLE power play!!
