I've been watching Sound! Euphonium on crunchyroll and it's surprisingly decent. If you were in concert band in high school, a lot of things will definitely seem familiar. The art direction is amazing, as well.

Knights of Sidonia really stepped it up in season 2. Quite satisfied after being disappointed with season 1.

Agreed, it was awesome.

It makes the new Dragon Ball Super look like crap you scrape off your shoe, I can't believe how bad that looks.

Your Lie in April

Wow. Still in the middle but it's outstanding so far.

That one is on my "to-do" list for shows right now. The wife and I finished watching Fate/Zero (dub was pretty good) last week and now we're into Unlimited Blade Works, then I've got to finish Mushishi as well before I can look anything else. I've been on a track of great shows for a bit though!

Finished Your Lie In April..

Also watched MY love STORY!! which is hilarious, Takeo cracks me up.

God Eater is pretty cool though kinda dragging and is on a break.

Digimon Adventure tri is trying to capture all the people who watched Digimon as kids, looks good.

EDIT: Charlotte was kinda cool as well, the ending I thought was weaker but I did like the story.

If you're not watching One Punch Man, you need to be watching One Punch Man

I enjoyed it as well, but the last episode was not great. Tomori is a great character.

Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day is pretty amazing.

The ending credits music is one of my favorites.

The Perfect Insider is one of the shows that I did not skip any of the openings or endings in recent years.

Then ending for me is slightly better than the opening.

Watching Gate and Eraser currently. Gate is a weird mix of military interest, politics, and the occasional fan service. Eraser I really like, very engaged in the story.

Also watching Gatchaman Crowds as I like the art style but the show is very weird, lots of things going on that don't make any sense yet.

Yep I'm watching the same with the current showing series albeit I might hold back on Erased and marathon till the end although that may be too hard to resist. Gate got me hooked with the whole civilization game like battles with major combat tree differences and that
Spoiler!
during episode 7 sold me on the series.

Seen the first season of Gatchaman Crowds and got lost a bit during the texting/chatting later parts and may wait until I can get a hold of the dub before finishing the second half... I also got distracted on the sub for Durarara on the same scenes waited for the dub and that helped substantially.

Along with Durarara I am also working my way through Gintama @ around episode 150 .

I spent the weekend watching through my first anime in over 10 years.

One Punch Man is simply spectacular. It has brought back what anime is supposed to be and look like to me. Everything actually looks like it has been drawn with pen/ink and it has much less of the "CG" coloring feel (although it's definitely all done that way) than anime has had since the late 90s (which turned me off it completely). The energy and stylism of the movement and energy and explosions are all reminiscent of the power and dynamism of classic anime which I so adore.

It's only 12 episodes for that first season but wow...I'm blown away. Nothing in media has made me laugh out loud or fist pump this hard in years.

Finished Book 2 of Korra last night. Liked it a lot more than Season 1, as it felt a lot more like the first series than Book 1 did. Interesting backstory stuff in it too.

Damnit I just watched all of One Punch Man this weekend as well. Just so awesome! That intro song gets me so pumped up for every episode as well. And then to use it in the last battle. Haha. One Punch Man is exactly the type of hero I would be if I had that kind of power. Just tell people to shut up and then punch them.

Loved those Wan episodes. You'll love the action in Book 3.

Been watching ΛLDNOΛH.ZERO as well, though I'm not usually into mech type anime, but am enjoying it!

Finished Korra this week, and Book 3 ended up being my favorite. Zaheer and his group made for interesting antagonists! For whatever reason I never really got into Kuvira, but the show was really good for being more about fighting ideas than just a single bad person though. Not much to say about the ending of the show as it was obviously spoiled all over the internet when it first came out, so I was watching the last couple seasons with that all in mind.

Much like with The Last Airbender, I'm very curious to know more of what happens after the show finishes up. I've been reading the graphic novels of TLA, so hopefully some Korra ones come out too.
