It’s the upgraded 8core/10core gpu, upgraded to 16GB ram. AppleCare+ valid til August 2025.

Comes with the braided dual charger (can charge the laptop with MagSafe and something else at the same time).

They’re amazing. Other than a blip with some keyboards a couple years ago, IMO Apple sets the standard for laptop keyboards and touchapds
