Actually they're helping, since Vegas now occupies the #3 slot.

Keep it up, Kings.

I don't think I ever seen the OOT scoreboard ever work for the flames like tonight did. So many teams you wanted to win, won. Even Arizona isn't that far back from the Flames if they win tonight.

Canucks lose which has the potential to move their 1st as low as any division winner can go

Maybe not. Avs coach said they're going to petition the league to add an assist to him for the tying goal.

the goal was credited to Toews, who received the pass directly from Mackinnon. Hard to understand how he didn't get an assist

Yeah definitely should be an assist . A player accidentally knocking it into the net shouldn't be a change of possession imo.

Tuesday was almost as good: PIT, NJD, MTL, ARI and SEA all won.

Follow that up with last night: NYI, MTL, OTT, PIT, MIN, ARI and SEA all winning.

Other than BUF losing on WED, the week has been perfect. Add in the 2 Flame losses, and the last 3 days have gone 14-1 for the tank.

Edit: add 2 Canuck losses to that

No question that should be as assist for MacKinnon.

So is the score keeper in that game an OEG agent?

The defender put the puck in. Own goals are always unassisted.
