I've got a potential legal situation brewing with my developer Streetside I might run up your flag pole Trout, so to speak. Don't know if I'm quite there yet, have just launched a National Home Warranty grievance against them. However I don't know if the claim is exactly applicable to that format.
I think you saw some of the Streetside thread that was on the off topic a while ago.
Anyway, just thought I'd mention.

That can be VERY effective. Builders hate to be reported to the Home Warranty Program. As I understand it, if they don't fix the deficiences fast enough, the Program sends out their own people and bills the builder for it.

Peter was awsome to deal with. Any lawyering I need done in calgary in the future will be done by Peter. He doesn't even need to offer a discount to CPer's to be a fantastic value..

Thanks for all you've helped me with Peter..

Troutman is good people, once you get past his habit of dragging up three year old threads.

Which Bar? I thought you were banned from most of them.

I've known Peter for (yikes!) 31 years. A good man to have in your corner and he's good at those lawyery things too. Honesty, integrity, he knows how to spell those words.

Helped me more than once. And when I get out of jail, I'm going to thank him personally! (just jokes, folks, just jokes)

You couldn't have a better guy helping you with home sales, wills, finances, etc.
