Looking for someone to manage our Alberta pipeline of projects in Demand Response with a focus on the Operating Reserves and LSSi Programs. The candidate would also have to assist with projects across the US mainland as requested or required from a home based office.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of successfully managing multiple parallel short-term projects while communicating project status and expectations both inside and outside of the organization. Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Direct and coordinate Energy Efficiency (EIS)/DR enablement work; provide project planning, configuration, and risk evaluation
· Effectively communicate work progress internally and as applicable externally
· Contribute to achieve team goals, with a focus on innovation and improved results
- Review and set the appropriate expectations related to the services and deliverables for our Enterprise customers
- Maintain a full understanding of contractual and regulatory issues relating to the regional grid operator, our customers, and other parties
- Represent a team who strives for operational excellence and world-class customer service,
- Perform other duties, as required
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS or CET in electrical engineering, sciences, or other related fields,
- A minimum of three years experience, specifically relating to energy management, electrical engineering or other relevant experience, a good understanding of medium and high voltage installations and generation, along with sub metering, CTs and pulses.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; formulates creative solutions that will deliver real business value;
- A proven track record demonstrating success in a fast paced, forward moving environment with the ability to quickly learn new technology
- Outstanding communication skills with the proven ability to utilize these skills across groups within and outside the organization
- Ability to apply creativity and objectivity while solving technical problems
- Excellent task management skills
- Broad understanding of business considerations associated with our Energy Efficiency (EIS) enablement process
- Minimal travel, as needed
