Default I don't Like Corrado -- But I like Johnny Hockey

Wow, what a dirty hit that was but it's good to see Johnny is showing he is able to take hits and get up after them. Smart play by the coaching staff not to play for the rest of the game, really sad to see a hit like that thrown with 5 minutes left in a 4-1 game.

That's incredibly dirty. Too bad Ferland wasn't able to do anything about it. Damn refs.

If he takes a look at the Flames roster, he should be praying for a suspension so he can't play against the Flames next week.

Man that was so dirty, hopefully the NHL is penalizing things like that a lot in the future because damn that was a terrible play. Flying elbow with literally no contact besides the arm, that's not hockey.

Wolf, Ferland, Bollig, Kanzig, Smith, Engelland, Brookbank, and Mcgrattan. Should be an interesting preseason game against Vancouver!

Dirty hit, a suspension in the nhl for sure. Don't care what sized player receives an elbow to the head. Color me shocked, from such a clean team like Vancouver!

Who the f#%^ is Frank Corrado?

That's right: Nobody.

Edited: with apologies to Jay.

The elbow throwing punk is Frank Corrado. Jay Corrado played BCJHL in Kelowna at the end of the seventies. My brother went to school with him. And he's a good guy.

Should get 10 games for a blatant head shot. Then a date with Big Ern.

Personally the old me would be advocating a monster elbow on one of the Sedins. but I'm much kinder now.

Meh. Just send out Bouma and he'll rough him up good.

I missed the 3rd.

WOW that's disgusting. So this is why the Canucks dressed an NHL player in the tournament, to carry out the parent team's mantra in case they were embarrassed. #### the Canucks.

Edit: and someone called that CLEAN? (yeah, when it's not a small player on your team on the receiving end, scum)

I actually don't mind Corrado, decent hockey player that made a dumb play. Yes it was dirty and I don't mind someone ripping him a new one but hes not that type of player. Still wouldn't want to be him when he plays the Flames.

Now the Nucks will sit Corrado in the pre-season game against the Flames.

^ That would be pretty cowardly. But it's the Nucks, so very likely.

Whatever. Dirty elbow. He got a major penalty and we scored twice. Turn the page. Except for Ferland. He can finish the page next game.

Looks like Gaudreau almost saw it coming. He bumped the boards (intentionally) and slowed himself significantly. It's a good sign that he takes these measures, as he could have been decapitated had he gone in at full speed!
