Wow, what a dirty hit that was but it's good to see Johnny is showing he is able to take hits and get up after them. Smart play by the coaching staff not to play for the rest of the game, really sad to see a hit like that thrown with 5 minutes left in a 4-1 game.
Man that was so dirty, hopefully the NHL is penalizing things like that a lot in the future because damn that was a terrible play. Flying elbow with literally no contact besides the arm, that's not hockey.
Wolf, Ferland, Bollig, Kanzig, Smith, Engelland, Brookbank, and Mcgrattan. Should be an interesting preseason game against Vancouver!
Dirty hit, a suspension in the nhl for sure. Don't care what sized player receives an elbow to the head. Color me shocked, from such a clean team like Vancouver!

Load it up when he's on the ice, first man in gets him!
The elbow throwing punk is Frank Corrado. Jay Corrado played BCJHL in Kelowna at the end of the seventies. My brother went to school with him. And he's a good guy.

WOW that's disgusting. So this is why the Canucks dressed an NHL player in the tournament, to carry out the parent team's mantra in case they were embarrassed. #### the Canucks.
Edit: and someone called that CLEAN? (yeah, when it's not a small player on your team on the receiving end, scum)
I actually don't mind Corrado, decent hockey player that made a dumb play. Yes it was dirty and I don't mind someone ripping him a new one but hes not that type of player. Still wouldn't want to be him when he plays the Flames.

Looks like Gaudreau almost saw it coming. He bumped the boards (intentionally) and slowed himself significantly. It's a good sign that he takes these measures, as he could have been decapitated had he gone in at full speed!
