Now, in his last year of his contract, if he's playing really well then you can flip him at the trade deadline.

I'm not saying they will be as bad, but they definitely aren't looking to be any better than this year at this moment. There are enough guys to mentor without Coleman. Also I would keep him if you could trade Backlund. Its obvious that that these guys can't win together.
