Recommend Property Management Companies

Hi all,

Currently looking into options with my current condo unit, one of them is renting it out.

I would say it classifies as elgibile to be an Executive Condo rental property.

Any advice/recommendations on good property managers for general properties or more specific executive condo properties?

Both in terms of service offerings and value for cut they take off the top.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Does he also manage houses? I have a place in the NE burbs that I am looking at renting out through a management company.

You bet.
Basically there are 3 fee structures, unfurnished, furnished and having them furnish your place. You simply figure out which leads to the most money in your pocket and go for it.
