Man finds mouse parts baked into hot dog buns
A North Carolina man found more than just bread when he opened up a bag of hot dog buns. Bruce Van Dyne says "I was cooking dinner and I brought these out and I opened them up."
An unwelcome condiment on his hot dog bun.
Bruce says "that's our little friend right there. And that clearly is a mouse."
The rodent's parts he says, pretty easy to make out.
Bruce says "I see the little ears. Clearly that's a tail. I don't know what that is, part of his leg or something, but that mouse is baked in there."

Ironic that he's complaining about the mouse in the bun and not the mouse in the hot dog.

Oh, please. It's a rodent.
We thought we had one in our house.... we have trapped 3 in two days!
I hope that is the end of the vermin.

One week later, 67 mice trapped. f'ing gross.

Have you seen the TV show about the exterminators... I felt bad about having mice in our garage until I saw one episode of that. Bed bugs. Roaches. Rats. Like you wouldn't imagine.
As for the mice in our garage, I have no mercy, I bought the expensive poison. I'm convinced that they learn to avoid the traps.

If you caught three, I can pretty much guarantee you have more. Mice don't come in three's. If you're lucky they come in one's and you catch them. Otherwise they pretty much come by the dozen.
You may need to set up the NoHippos mousetrap. (If you ever read that thread)

What is the best thing that you guys have found to actually catch mice... I mean the traps seem to do nothing (could be a good sign) and I am always hesitant on using poison because then I will have rotting mouse bits in some tucked away corner. I keep hearing about using the bucket a quarter filled with water and the stick with food dangling from it.... anyone have experience with that.

Did a search, nothing on NoHippos, but I did find another mouse thread. Will give that a read.

Actually the NoHippos mousetrap is much like what Mean Mr. Mustard described in his post. I'm posting from my blackberry so I can't put the link in here, but I may post it later if I remember to look it up.
I believe it was around the time that Nemo and that 'Aye er eh' guy were going at each other If you remember.
I haven't been there for a while so I'd say it's been at least a year.
