"Brown was also asked whether Redford should be reported to the Law Society of Alberta. She recommended against it because the RCMP investigation, already underway, was still in its infancy and any reporting to the law society is normally done when charges are laid."

She hasn't practiced real law in like forever so getting a cushy champagne sipping UN job is the only option. But then she had left the UN circuit for like 6-7 years now so I'm not sure how likely is that. Looking back, she probably should have continue leading her jet setting UN rep lifestyle and not entered provincial politics for her own personal benefits back around 2008.

What a load of crap. It wasn't a smear campaign. She misused funds and took advantage at every available opportunity.

Her arrogance knows no bound. Obama is a polarizing figure but she is not. She's a merely entitled elitist who thinks she's above the commoners. Wasting taxpayer resources and slapping people did not make you a polarizing figure.

Of course she's doing great as she's been retired for a long time now as far as actually working goes and her free ride hasn't ended after being unemployed as she's going to have a nice pension to go with whatever pile of money she managed to filter into private bank accounts.

Redford said rumours that she drank to excess, cheated on her husband and once slapped a Sheriff across the face were orchestrated against her by the opposition

This was such a very well orchestrated smear campaign that I've never heard these rumours until now. And if you google them, there's no results. Someone just wants to portray herself as a victim.
