While the second publication came after the call with Duterte, I think it's clear the specific information Trump chose to disclose is not particularly secret or sensitive and that - those of us who would prefer Trump not be President - shouldn't waste our time getting upset about it.
However, it does continue a distressing pattern of Trump bragging about American military and intelligence capabilities in a way that is not just unseemly, but clearly has already caused problems and resulted in sensitive information getting out into the public. While this specific instance is not worrying, the pattern holds that Trump - the President of the United States - cannot be trusted with information.
