Fair enough. I watched The Odessa File a couple of weeks ago and really liked it. Normally I don't watch too many movies from the 70s, but this one was good.

Me and my friend watched MILF last week. Terrible movie, haha, we were expecting crap though.

Plenty of MILF tits though, like a lot.

We've watched most of the TV show Merlin, but there isn't much else of interest. Thinking about canceling my subscription for a while.

Everytime I check out the "new releases" tab, it's the same stuff over and over again. I'm a bit disappointed I hung on for one more month and lost $7.99. I'm canceling after this month unless the content grows significantly.

Don't think this has been posted here yet, but I found this quite interesting:

Quote:
The country's biggest media executives are home from their annual Los Angeles buying spree, after spending hundreds of millions of dollars to bring Hollywood to the north.

Starting on Monday, the big three Canadian broadcasters will hold their upfronts – events at which they try to sell advertisers on the shows debuting in the fall season, which they bought two weeks ago during their visits with the American studios. There was also a new player in L.A. this year sizing up offerings for the Canadian market: Netflix.

Yeah, I don't blame you. The children's programming is exceptional with Avatar, Sesame Street, and about 100 other choices. If I didn't have kids I'd be disappointed with the selection.

If you haven't done so already, do yourselves a favour and watch The IT crowd.

I still have a shortlist of things that I'd like to see that I'm unlikely to get to anytime soon, including a few TV series. I'll be hanging onto it for a while, but I'd still like to see the content improve. I'm a fairly light TV and movie viewer, so what takes me a year to get through may take someone else only a couple of months.

Really? I watched the first 5-10 minutes of the first episode and had to shut it off. I'm generally not a fan of British humour, though.

I usually like British humour (Little Britain, for example), but I couldn't get drawn into the IT Crowd either. I gave it a couple of episodes, and although the second was better than the first, it didn't quite pull me in. I'll have to revisit it down the road and see if I can get lured into it.

I thought it was absolutely hilarious but I could see people not liking it. Moss and Roy are great characters and it's easy to find them funny in my opinion.

I had to force myself through the IT crowd, I did find it moderately amusing though.

I think it's called Before The Devil Knows You're Dead, starring Marisa Tomei...do yourself a favor and watch it for Marisa alone.

The first season of IT crowd was amusing but it definitely got harder with seasons 2 and 3.

Kind of surprised there is no reaction to the article I posted a link to. Could mean series' you can't see anywhere else, only being on Netflix. Unless the story was posted earlier and I missed it.

The movie "One Week" with Joshua Jackson was added today. I've seen most of it, and it's pretty good. A Canadian made film, with interesting cameo's and a good soundtrack. Inspirational movie.
