John Gillies full marks for his second shutout in his third game in pro hockey. Who the hell can ever be sure with goalies but this guy sure looks like he's gonna be a good NHL goaltender.

Very impressive performance from Gillies, reminds me of Hiller the way hes down early but he tracks the puck extremely well and has much much more agility.

Plus, he's 3 or 4 inches taller than Hiller, so it's harder to beat him over the shoulder when he's on his knees.

Whoever is running the team's Twitter account is not doing a very good job.

1.34 GAA and .950 Save % to go with those two shutouts.

Great start to his pro career!

Full marks to Gillies getting that shutout against an undefeated Texas Stars team. He's making quite a seamless transition to pro hockey. Won't see a second of the ECHL.

I couldn't stop laughing during this video! The fast pace, quick cut highlights with the announcer's BUTT CLENCHING voice anytime anything happens and before he's finished it's off to the next highlight, lol
