Looking back I should have clarified more, the reason I like Gillies more is he put up similar numbers at a younger age. The level of competition doesn't matter to me for Goalies as much as forwards, so I give the edge to Gillies based on things like size and his composure during the NCAA tournament in 2013.

Someone created a 2nd account with the name "This Post is Terrible" and uses it to ~thank~ terrible posts. It's really quite brilliant and I wish I had thought of it first.

That being said I would prefer CP'ers with multiple accounts only use one of them to vote so we get a truer end result. In this case the poster voted Janko so it does not ever really alter the results.

Well a 10 vote lead is a win, so I don't think we need a run off.

I'm good with putting up round 10 and letting Gillies win it, ... don't see a point in rushing this, but in reading the above I can see there are two camps on that.

I was against run-offs previously, but I agree, this needs a run-off vote just to make sure and keep the suspense up

I'd be against a run-off if this were between two guys who play different positions from each other, but it would be interesting to see who we think is the Flames' top goalie prospect. Whether it's as part of the prospect ranking or not, I'd like to see an Ortio vs Gillies poll, so we might as well do it as part of the ranking.

Yes, it is a sure thing.

Even if NONE of the people that voted for Ortio vote for Gillies, they would still all (or pretty much all) have to move to the SAME other player in order to knock off Gillies.

Complete waste of time.

Also, the message of the poll was clear: the goalies are a dead heat in the eyes of the fans right now.

So leave them 9-10, which reflects that, and move on

b) put up a goalie vs goalie run off to make sure of the 9, 10 order

Why assume its a 2nd account? Pretty sure the guy posted saying it wasn't a 2nd account.
