It looks like a novelty baby jersey.
Or a Notre Dame Fighting Irish Chinese knockoff.

The fact they can't come up with a decent jersey or logo or win a Stanley Cup in their history really highlights why the Vancouver Canucks are no good.

This image was making the rounds a few years ago. Regardless of what I think of the team, this is one great-looking logo. I have no idea why they didn't go with it.

I don't mind it. The logo should be lower though...
Still ####### hate the team.

Bad: Putting a mascot in full hockey equipment on the logo, just so, you know, people who might otherwise never have heard of the Canucks will know what sport they play. That just screams ECHL, or SPHL, or best of all, UHL, like this classic logo here:
If they used the shoulder patch design for the main logo, it would be simpler, stronger visually, and more appealing in general. It would also get rid of the green-on-green thing with Johnny Canuck’s shirt, which is my main objection to the colour scheme of the jersey.

Good Jesus I cant believe thats real.

There was NHL talk about doing advertising on jerseys. Surprised they're not going full-Vancouver and making them green screen so they can show different ads on them as they play.
I don't mind the jerseys but the logo is too busy.

this is from one article i read....

The designer put a blog on the Canucks site where he said he researched Johnny Canuck to be a WWII ace pilot - not a lumberjack.
He's Canada'a Captain America, so to speak.

Personally I like the Green. There aren't that many teams who have been bold enough to utilize a Green jersey. Still hate the team, but I say this is a pretty okay design. If any, the color Red is waaaay too common. For the flames it obviously makes sense, but for teams like the caps, canes, Hell even arizona with that maroon, its overused.

They should switch the main and shoulder logos. Would look much better IMO.
I like the colors, but the logo seems....off. Maybe a white or blue circle around the figure?

That's what I'm thinking. That would make a good crest for their jerseys.

It's still nicer than any other Canucks jersey.
