Tenants have officially decided to leave on March 10th so the property is now available for March 15th.

Also should note if tenant is not found prior to May 1st the home will be off the market and I will move in!

Nope we are just thinking about renting a condo downtown for a couple of years before moving into the house. We have been staying with my parents for a while now and since this house is two doors away we wouldn't mind some separation for a bit! If we don't get what we are asking we will just move in since it is the dream house anyway it is a win win solution.
