Agostino with a quick shot and almost fooled the goalie. Had him out of position and not really holding his goal stick.

Decent PP by the Flames. Getting a few chances but the Crunch goalie playing well.

Van Brabant vs Cote fighting.
Van Brabant with the win there. That didn't take long.

Poirier nearly scored on a breakaway, but the Latvian goalie made the nice save. bvb with a good fight.

Flames also getting a PP. Cote going back to the box for the Cross-Check on Van Brabant that started the fight.

Ikonen and Wolf chirping each other now. This could be an ugly game.
Arnold going to the box for a chop. That was an ugly slash.

Haha great crowd. Their reaction to a bad offside call was as if Poirier got cheap shotted

The crowd can be pretty passionate at times. They definitely get into the game.

Hey, my question got answered!
I asked how much of a presence the NHL Flames management had with the AHL Flames:
Conroy is at the game again tonight. Brian Burke has seen the Flames play in Hamilton. The NHL Flames management has had a larger presence at the games and been open with the team, fans and staff. They are making sure the players are experiencing here the same thing they should be with the NHL Flames. They want the experiences to be exactly the same so they are ready for the call up.
Mike Holdich was in the AHL Flames office and hanging out.
NHL Flames management going with AHL Flames on road trips or day before and taking them out to dinner.
PBP and Colour guy had NOTHING but high praise for the NHL Flames management and their presence and treatment of the ADK players, staff and fans.

They're already goalie-heckling. Bless their hearts.

Coach Huska Interview:
Chicago had a very skilled and fast paced game. They showed them too much respect in the 1st period and they smartened up later in the game. Was happier with 2nd and 3rd periods.
Flames seeing a trend of giving up less and less chances. Start of season saw alot of Grade A chances given up, now they are not giving up as many. Not concerned with far outside shots, but they want less chances given up in front of net.
PK has killed off 19 straight. Defence are gelling, units are working together better. Goaltenders are now making saves, not breaking down. Goalies have improved.
(missed the rest of the interview as my computer crashed. Sorry)

Flames are forcing ALOT of turnovers by the Crunch. You can see the stick positioning that Huska was talking about the last game.
