What, you don't have faith in the Jack Sparrow stunt double or T-Sim? Don't worry, the Chad Kelly era is about to kick into full force.
Great news about Charles too. The Broncos IR has loads of space on it.

Awful news today as its been confirmed that Chris Bermans wife of 34 years was killed in a car accident yesterday.
Rough year for the hall of fame.

Odd, or maybe not, but his partner Tom Jackson lost a daughter to a car accident a few years back. I'm sure he's helping Berman through this.

So terrible about Berman, especially given he had just retired, and no doubt ready to have adventures with her the rest of their lives. I'm kinda sick even thinking about it

Didn't know Lacy's contract with 'Hawks would give him amost 400K in bonus money for losing 20lbs. He is down about 10 and just got his first installment of 55K. Wouldnt be surprise if this is common in contracts across the league, but still. That is crazy.

Cortez Kennedy died. He was 48. Orlando PD says the death was not suspicious.

Baltimore Ravens TE Dennis Pitta has dislocated his hip for the third time in his career during OTA's. Is expected to retire.
Sad. Caught 86 passes last year and was hoping to be put his injuries behind him. I wish him the best.

Changed his number to 96 for one year in 1992, to honor his idol/friend teammate Jerome Brown at U of Miami who died in a car crash that offseason, and went on to win Defensive Player of the Year that year in his 3rd season....on a dreadful 2-14 Seahawks team.
Rightfully a first ballot hall of famer, and is an extremely classy, selfless and loyal guy while playing, and since, while working with the Saints.

Rewatched the Superbowl Monday night on NFL Network. Falcons had about 20 opportunities in the second half to put the game away, and failed every time. Crushing.

Concession prices at the new stadium in Atlanta. We can only dream we get something similar if our new arena ever gets built.

The Falcons are smart but I'm wondering if NFL owners are starting to see the writing on the wall with regards to attendance.

I thought it was BS when I first saw that...then read this: http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/1...s-benz-stadium
"Cannon said the pricing was arrived at by studying the greater Atlanta marketplace and, at the very least, matching the prices that fans would pay in the area in everyday life.
The Falcons hope to make up some of the money lost on typical margins by doing volume. There will be 670 concession points in the new stadium, which is 65 percent more availability than the team has in the Georgia Dome. Soda refill stations will be separate from lines for those ordering for the first time. Prices, including tax, are right on the dollar, meaning there's no change to be made, thus speeding up the transaction time."

Holy ####, a business that actually understands and applies demand-side economics. I might have a stroke.
