What got him in trouble was that it was caught on camera.

You can't say gay slurs in a public forum in this day and age and expect to get away with it.

And yes its a gay slur, because straight guys don't do that type of thing. So by calling someone that you are calling them gay. And using gay as an insult is making it into a slur.

You don't hear guys call each other female anatomy lickers.
