Anyone do any slackcountry at Panorama (past Never Never Land)? Outside of topo maps I'm not having any luck finding any info.

I'm pumped, heading out to Revelstoke.....just hoping the highway opens and stays open for the long drive out there.
Conditions should be incredible.

Anybody up at Golden this weekend? I see it's raining in town, just wondering what conditions on the hill are like, looking at going on Tuesday.

Insane weekend. Rode both Kicking horse and Revy, both were unreal. Fuez and T1/T2 had just opened on Friday so we were able to get fresh thigh dee tracks in both those bowls. Revelstoke had thigh deep snow in the North/Greely bowl. It was a little soft and heavy as we got down below but it was still great spring skiing.

Went to Castle this weekend. Wow, best skiing day of the year so far. Nice knee deep powder in some areas off the red chair and in the glades. Finally got to use my new Salomon BBR 8.9 skis to their full potential and I am extremely satisfied with them. l'm hoping it keeps dumping this week as I will be back this upcoming weekend.

Good news on Vancouver Island, Mt. Washington will be staying open daily until Easter Monday, April 21. The heavy snowfalls that happened in February and the low freezing levels thankfully arrived.

Looks like Nakiska is slashing their pass prices from over $800 down to $199 for a limited time.

Threw out my ski cards today.
Good by 2013/14 season! Outside of the girl I was dating breaking her femur, it was quite a good season. We're not seeing each other anymore either so she totally deserved it :P
(JK, I wouldn't wish that upon anyone)

The season was decent, but only got good near the end. For all the snow we got in the city at the beginning of the season, it was disappointing to see how little the mountains got until February rolled around. I hope next season is much more consistent with the snowfall rather then large dumps every once in a while.
This thread bump also made me very sad. I miss it already.
