Besides the incredible on and off screen talent and the fact that it's 95% on Rotten Tomatoes, I don't see why anyone would want to see it........
it looks like one of those movies that i'm supposed to like because of the incredible cast and artsy director with a cult following, but i imagine i'd be bored to tears watching it

well if it is good, that preview did a colossally horrible job of showing that it will be, or what it is even about.
Also, I'm not the type of guy to go to a movie based on the "talent" of actors. It's just not something that matters to me.
Terrible script is a terrible script, don't matter who's saying the words sometimes.
That's why it might make sense to go to a movie with who wrote and directed the movie....the offscreen talent as I stated. And I still am blown away you couldn't pick up on the storyline from that trailer

Kind of like Lost in Translation. I thought that movie was terrible and was bored to tears with it, yet it got rave reviews.
The Duplass brothers are the most underrated film makers in Hollywood right now. They're about to become big stars. A lot more emphasis on the actual story and acting, then is this shot right and days on set spent just on blocking. It got rave reviews at Sundance, especially Aubrey Plaza's performance, which she plays an entirely different character then we're use to.
Sitting at a 100% on Rotten Tomatoes

Hard to tell from a trailer, but it almost looks like the story will run parallel to The Bourne Ultimatum, which kind of overlapped The Bourne Supremacy.
Looks like some pretty good movies coming up. And ones that are going to be a refreshing change from the big-budget, effects-driven movies (as much as I love a good super hero movie).
Django
Gangster Squad
The Bourne Legacy
Gatsby
Savages
Skyfall
When I heard the original story to Taken 2 I was livid, it was Liam being taken and his daughter having to rescue him. Seems they scrapped that BS idea and just have Liam Neeson kicking major ass again. I'm definitely seeing this.

Yeah, I read about that at first and was like ugh no, but the trailer looked really good.
Taken was one of the best thriller/action movies I've seen. It was so gritty and Neesan was so bad ass I just hope it's as good or better then the first.
