Does anyone know why he bounced around to so many CHL teams?

The Rangers cut him and he didn't get another OHL gig, so he went to the QMJHL instead. The Olympiques cut him too. The Voltigeurs traded him in 09.

With Melnyk, expect Hoffman to get traded before his salary goes up for 2017/18.

I just have a feeling that if he gets traded to another team he becomes another Gary Leeman.

I didn't want him on the Flames, he's another Eberle, where he's soft, doesn't care about the game without the puck, but he can put up points.
