Okay, what am I missing on Saad? Good player, but is he a true top line winger? For that kind of money he has to be one of the top two wingers on my team. Is he one of the 60 best wingers in the NHL?
*edit, 72nd in scoring among NHL forwards last year, so I guess by that simple metric he is a top line winger, so that type of number is somewhat justifiable. I guess I just have to get used to these numbers.

Probably not a good contract for flames camp considering all of monahan, gaudreau and Bennett are needing contracts in next 2 years. This may be used as a comparable given his statistics

He will get first line ES and PP time in Columbus which could help his numbers a bit.
He won't get to play with as much talent which could hurt his numbers a bit.
This contract will probably be an alright one.
