Crazy looking at the lineup, 4 sub .200 hitters. Encarnacion is sub .200 over the last 15 games. Bautista is only .222 over that same period. Will someone please hit the ball?
Pillar is actually probably our hottest hitter right now, as soon as he got out of the leadoff spot he's vastly improved. It shouldn't matter but it seems like some guys just need a inning to settle into the game before sending them to the plate.

Yup, very frustrating game.
Griffin was alright, but not 9-strikeout good; he missed plenty of his spots. Jays let him get away with a lot.

The good thing is that the nonsense with the offense as it is won't last. Everything tends to regress to the mean. All the hitters didn't just fall off the face of the earth, just as the pen won't be this bad all year either.
The Jays likely will turn it around over the next couple weeks and I wouldn't be shocked if they go on a run.
