Second anthem of the night...are they ever going to quit that?
Oh and what I actually came to say.
Bases loaded, none out and gets out of it. Wow.

Man, this Indians team.
Davis, Napoli and Santana are set to be UFA's and that's pretty much it.
Napoli and Santana combined for 68 homers and 188 RBI's so that will need to be replaced for sure, but they shouldn't have too much trouble with that.
Their starting rotation, their bullpen, and most of their key starters all back and under team control.
Should be one of the best teams in the majors again next year, especially since they've been succeeding without two key starting pitchers.
EDIT: Just noticed that Santana has a club option for $12 million. LOL that will be picked up. Hell of a team they'll have next year.

Nice game Lester you chicken choker. Go back to the clubhouse and eat some more chicken wings.
It gets interesting now, but if Kluber can go in 1-4-7 the Indians are going to be hard to beat.

Love watching this Cleveland team. Hopefully they can pull it out.
The Cubs will have their day soon.

Bumgarner started games 1 and 5, and saved 5 innings in game 7 in 2014 WS. He pitched a record 52 2/3 innings in the 2014 playoffs.
Kluber has pitched 24.1 innings so far. He set WS record with 8 Ks in first 3 innings. I think he can do well in games 4 and 7.

Yep, due to impending weather. Hopefully Bauer gets lit up. I wish Gibbons wouldn't have been so quick to get him out of the game. Though the Blue Jays would have probably gave him the night off anyway.

To combat these long games, MLB should declare any game that lasts longer than 3 hours to be a loss for both teams.

Gouge away....

How much would you pay to watch the Cubs play the World Series this weekend?
Not at Wrigley Field, where a $150,000 pair of dugout seats is currently available for Sunday night’s game, but at a bar in Wrigleyville where you’ll watch on TV screens? If you said $1,250, then you’re not alone.
A growing number of Wrigleyville bars and restaurants are offering special World Series meal packages for hundreds of dollars, guaranteeing food, drink and your place among fellow fans, but not always a seat -- unless you pay hundreds more. And some are already sold out for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night home games this weekend.
The most expensive meal package to date can be found at Stretch Bar & Grill. For $300, you’ll get one appetizer, one entree and a nearly open bar (excluding shots) but no seating. You can order from the regular menu, where the most popular item is the wings with Jameson and chipotle barbecue sauce, said a manager, who stated the package service would end at 10 p.m.
If you insist upon a seat, saunter over to HVAC Pub, where a reserved table plus food will cost $1,250. For $250 of that total, you get all-you-can-eat pizza and wings, plus beer, wine and well cocktails 7-11 p.m. The other $1,000 reserves a table, which also includes one bottle each of Grey Goose vodka and Mionetto prosecco, said a manager. While the table seats six, you could have it all to yourself. Since the food and drink package is per person, the table and food will set back a group of six a total of $2,500.
Four-seat tables can be found for $500 at Deuce's and The Diamond Club, Casey Moran's, Old Crow Smokehouse, Moe’s Cantina and John Barleycorn. That cost is on top of meal packages, which range from $200 to $250.

Maybe I am in the minority but I hate watching games at bars, even at regular prices. I rather watch it at home with friends having pizza and beer. Having said that, the bars are just seizing the opportunity to make money of this historic run by the Cubs.
