Thanks Hack&Lube and Puxlut for input.
When I searched the realtor.ca, there are not many condo apartments greater than 1500sqft.
I like the SW and the available are on Eau Claire (400, 500 Eau Claire Estate and Princeton) and Mission (RiverStone).
The newer condos are smaller than 1500sqft.

Any comments on Newer, New, or older condos?
Any comments on Mission (RiverStone) and Eau Claire?

Thanks

For Eau Claire, you will have to budget $1 Million +

Older condos will typically have higher condo fees so that that into consideration.

Condo Fee is higher, due to size and age.

Since I am new to Calgary, I do not know and have any idea about these neighborhoods and condo buildings.

I understand that it is not nice to comment or provide +ve or -ve about a specific condo.

Free feel to pm me.
