I don't know how to feel about this one.
The Preds seem like a bipolar team to me. Some nights they are real dangerous while others they come out flat. I think this series could go either way.
Still going to say Hawks in 7 though.

Go Nashville. While Chicago is clearly still the favourite, I don't think this series is as lopsided as many saw it. Mostly because I don't think Chicago is as good as their record.

This has to be the most surprising series so far. Unfortunately I haven't seen a minute of either game, so I can't comment on how good or bad either team has played.
Anyone have some more informed thoughts on the actual play so far for the hawks to be down like this?

Rinne has been great, which has been probably the most important factor. (6 periods of shutout against the offensive machine that is the Hawks kind of proves that) The rest of the Preds have been doing well, but I'd say the Hawks are just not giving it their all.
Similar to the Flames first 2 games, Hawks seem to be playing as a different team than in the regular season, or operating at 80% capacity; something just feels off about them.
As the Hawks do in the playoffs, they'll snap out of it and turn back into their goal scoring factory and likely take it in 7. I hope Nashville can win the series, if only to give some excitement to Nashville hockey fans and success to PK.

Hawks can still come back and win this series but their margin of error now is razor thin. They have to win game 3 or the stars will be aligning for the Oilers.

Hawks were down 3-0 to a powerhouse Canucks team in 2011 and came back to force a Game 7. If any team can come back from this, it's the Hawks. It's the same core.

It is rare to see a goalie post two consecutie shutouts in the playoffs, especially on the road.

Sorry, but what have the Oilers got to do with this series?

Just like 2006 the conference top seeds got eliminated early, paving a path for the Oilers to get to the finals. Wild look finished and if the Hawks can't get back in their series the West would be up for grabs.
Maybe finishing 8th would have been better for the Flames after all?

It is tough to imagine Blackhawks are down 3-0 in the series.

God those Preds home jerseys are god awful. The yellow shirts are fine, its the yellow helmets that makes them look like a bunch of crash test dummies or something.
