As far as the Canucks go the way this stretch of games against good teams is going - about to be 0-2-1 and a few more tough games to go - that 6 game win streak looks pretty damned illusory. They don't look top tier. Which tells you how bad the NW is, I guess.
If they fluke out the win tonight they might have the NW wrapped up considering how bad the other 4 teams look in the division.
Another ####head takes out another star player and again people defend it based on the idea that the play resembles a normal hockey play. Hey, players reach for high pucks all the time!

glad to see you agree that they do... Hossa was doing the same thing
they made a rule about closing a hand on the pick to stop it from being a huge advantage
Vancouvers has played excellent, Chicago's has been horrid
no different than if a forward or defender is bad and costs team the game
You're watching a different game then I am because the Canucks have had horseshoes up their ass. They've allowed how many breakaways and odd man rushes? Plus the penalty call that allowed the Canucks to get within one was garbage.

and how many have been stopped? by the Goalie?
the goalie who plays for the Canucks?
he's part of the team last I checked, he's by far 1st star of the game but that's why you have a top end goalie and not a Ray Emery
Listening to the Oilers radio broadcast while working late makes me thankful for Peter and Mike. You would think the refs have missed 10 calls against the Kings based on their commentary.
