I'm not sure there is a word that accurately portrays the negligence and incompetence in that raid.
Anyway, Florida man forces his wife to watch him murder their two children because she got all divorcey on him. One of the children was shot with a gun that was formerly banned.

^So this is 2 towns south of me. I'm not saying this stuff happens more around here than anywhere else. I just know more and more people who are desperate to get out of Palm Beach Cty because so much similar crap seems to happen here.
RIP neighbors.

Hard to say, have to be concerned with over pressurizing the room when you do things like that, especially in a confined space.

they had a camera in there, spokesman said he picked up a gun, presumably was getting agitated as well, my guess is they didn't have much choice.

This story is unbelievable. It goes way beyond what the headline reads. It's stuff you couldn't make up for a novel.

I read his manifesto last night. It if any of it is true, about the corruption in the LA police force, there is going to be a lot of heads rolling after they finally take him out.
Such a stupid decision this guy has made. Why not go to the media with all of this evidence, instead of turning into the Punisher.

No offence but I'd take his opinions with a grain of salt, clearly not of sound mind.

If he went to the authorities/media they would probably not believe him, sound mind or not.
So there was a shooting at Indian River State College today (Fort Pierce). Apparently only one victim, and she was injured but will be okay. This happened in the parking lot outside the Law Enforcement class or something, but the shooter was not a student. The stories out now aren't really worth a link.

Because He would rather go on a killing spree. His manifesto has zero credibility given his activities today. Keeping this phycho loser alive is a waste of air.

In West Palm a cab driver sat in his cab and shot a couple of bicyclists. Just great.

Now he has Anderson Cooper involved after sending him a package a few days back.
Psychotic or not....this dude is ready for a long drawn out fight by the sounds of it.

Hope they get him real soon....he seems hell bent on killing as many as he can.

I particularly enjoyed these parts of the manifesto.

I read an article in the Feb 11 National Review where the author poses a likely situation in which someones asks why someone needs an AR-15. The author then states that the better question is "why don't you want me to have one".
Jeez.

Could have been another shooting at a school over the last week. Apparently a fifth grader brought a gun to school with live ammo in an attempt to kill his fourth grade ex girlfriend and shoot seven others.
The shooting would likely have happened if not for another student on the bus spotting the gun and a knife in his backpack.

Don't you mean another 5th grader used his own gun to prevent it? Isn't the only answer to have another gun?

So LAPD shot two women who were delivering newspapers, claiming their vehicle matched the description of the one belonging to the Manifesto shooter...even though it was a different color, etc. No fatalities, but man what a lawsuit.
