Yeah, $457/sqft is really good for this building. Just make sure you can pay the condo fees (they are high). Knowing a little of the two buildings I'd pick this unit over the Sasso 1 bedroom listing on here too.
I think over the years arriVa is really going to be set apart from all the other buildings going up around it right now, the unit sizes compared to what is being built now are much larger, the building is in a good financial position, and being built in 2008 it will be the mature building located right in the hustle of everything happening in East Beltline and East Village.
