Seriously looked like Kesler was trying to bite his way to a 4 minute penalty there.

Rinne must have heard that Flames fans are cheering for Nashville and decided to play like one of our goalies.

Anaheim has scored more goals in two periods tonight than Chicago did in 4 games.

The Predators lead 21 to 16 in shots after forty minutes.

Decent at center but not elite.
Very similar group of top 3 defensemen, although we don't have a shut down D like Ekholm.
Balanced attack offensively.
Very similar age wise too.

He is the absolute worst. That was an obvious intent to injure.

I still feel dirty for cheering for the team he's on over the last couple weeks.

This is a hell of a game. Crazy action, chances at both ends. Great hockey.

Can these guys find something else to talk about other than faceoffs? They've spent the entire game harping on faceoffs.

Ducks are so good at killing the clock with the lead. They just slow the game down to a crawl.

Too bad Nashville couldn't go up 2-0 but I am confident then can win the next two at home.

Calgary and Nashville have much in common as shown by their almost identical regular season records. They both have a great top D and a solid forward group. Gaudreau is similar to Forsberg, Monahan is similar to Johansen and Backlund is similar to Fisher. The difference in the playoffs is that Nashville has better depth, especially on defence, and a goalie that can steal games.

Only 1 skate has to be outside to gain possession of the zone, both have to leave the zone to be able to re enter if offside.
