Default Remembering our friend Jonathan Pitre
RIP Jonathan. Can't imagine what this courageous kid went through.

I hadn't heard of this before. This is one of the saddest things I've ever read. I can't even begin to wrap my head around it. This one hit hard.

Ah geez, that's absolutely tragic. I was hoping he could pull through after I'd heard that his marrow transplant was successful, but there's just so many other serious complications to his condition. What an absolute hero.

What an incredibly courageous boy. I saw a snippet yesterday on TSN and my heart sank for him and his family. May he now rest in peace and be free of all suffering and pain, in a much better place. Makes think of all the petty things I deal with and complain about.
